Thank you for shopping with Shred to the Grind.

Because our coffee is roasted to order and is a perishable product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (coffee products)

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
