Shred to the Grind (Sacred Victory LLC)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment.

Because our coffee is roasted and fulfilled quickly through our production partner, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Include your order number in the subject line.


Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

  • Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled charge.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds After Cancellation Window

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products:

  • We do not offer cancellations once production has begun.

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or defective items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
