Order Processing

All coffee is roasted fresh to order.

Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because our coffee is made fresh in small batches, processing times may very slightly during high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.


Delivery Time

After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Perishable Product Notice

Because coffee is a perishable product roasted to order, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
